How does the hybrid work arrangement function in Jakarta?
Our hybrid model focuses on output, not seat time. You’ll work remotely most days for deep focus and join us in the Jakarta office 1-2 days a week for syncs, architectural planning, and team lunches.

This is a mid-level contract position (1-3 years experience) offering a competitive Rp8.000.000 to Rp12.000.000 monthly. You’ll be fully integrated into our sprint cycles and have the potential for extension or conversion based on performance.
